24 Hours of Erwin Update

Do to a combination of factors all current stock of lights have been purchased and all rental units are reserved. I will only have very limited stock for purchase at the race itself. If you need a light and have not ordered one yet. Please contact me ASAP to make sure that I can fill your order. The only lights I have available right now for purchase are the Darkstars.

One battery will be included standard*

Cost of light can be applied towards any light purchased or ordered on or before the race.

*if you are a solo racer or will need an extra battery pack/charger please include that information when you contact me.

Building on the success of the last two races I am proud to announce the we will be sponsoring the 24 hours of Erwin Park on June 5-6th. The event is being presented by TeraFirmaPromo in partnership with DORBA. We look to have a lot going on besides just lights so if you are looking for some saddle sores or sleep deprivation this one is for you.

At this time I know that we will be offering a race day discount along with light rentals. Details of these will be forethcoming

Couple of cool things coming up in April

First April 6th, Trail LED will be providing beer at the monthly Dorba club meeting. It will be held at Mad Duck cyclery in Grapevine.

Second I am going to be doing my first large light demo at the Bar H bash on April 9th and 10th. Here are details on the race.

It has been a major request for a tiltable helmet mount, so it is in the works. Sometimes a simple request can take on a life of it’s own so after 6 months of failure I have something that I think will work. The plan is to offer it anodized just like the lights so your helmet mount can match or not match your light. I am doing my best to keep the cost under $20.00

Here is a video of the prototype model. It is definitely in function over form at this stage so feedback only on the function side of things right now if you please.

Welcome to the new face of Trail LED.  Business is growing so I thought the website should too.  I hope you like the new look and feel and that it gives you the information you need.  Comments are always appreciated–especially the good ones.

Now for the important information:  The Darkstar CNC run will complete tonight and I am picking up the light bodies tomorrow.  I plan to have them out the door by Friday!   Thanks to all you peeps that have been patiently waiting.  I am going into another gear to get them out the door to you.
